Hallgrim har spelt hardingfele og dansa halling sidan han var sju år gamal, og har særleg lært mykje av mentoren Knut Steinsrud. Han har RYT200 sertifikat frå Yoga Alliance etter utdanning hjå guru Shiva Shankar i India.
Hallgrim Hansegård, artistic name "HallGrim", (1980) is a choreographer dedicated to the art of moving. His works are performed in more than 30 countries, censored by the catolic church of Italy and awarded the Silver Prize of Performing Arts in Prix Italia 2013 and«Best Choreography» of Eurovision Song Contes 2009. He is also national champion in the Norwegian traditional dance, halling, in 2011-2013 and in 2015 where he won the King's prize given each 8th year. He is currently choreographing the opening ceremony of the Youth Olympic Games 2016.
